M&T Bank Stadium

M&T Bank Stadium is home of the Baltimore Ravens, an NFL football team who won the Super Bowl in 2000. Early In 2003, M&T Bank, one of America’s leading financial institutions, purchased the naming rights to the stadium. Although M&T is headquarterd in Buffalo, New York, their 75 million dollar naming rights investment made sense due to their acquisition of Allfirst bank, a long-standing financial firm with deep roots in Maryland. In Early summer, the Maryland Stadium Authority, along with the Baltimore Ravens and M&T Bank, selected GableSigns as the primary contractor to implement the re-branding of Raven’s Stadium. There would be four signs in total, with Two 20 ft. medallions placed to face the East and West, and two mammoth-sized signs perched high on the stadium’s north and South elevation, expanding to a width of over 120 feet. The Project was completed in Time for the Ravens 2003 home opener.
